Chocolate Crumb Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Tea Biscuits crushed into fine crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 6 Tablespoons Non-dairy Margarine Melted

Equipment

  • 9 Inch Pie Dish
  • Cooling Rack

Directions

  1. Mix crumbs with sugar and ginger. Pour in melted margarine and stir until mixture starts to come together. This step can be done in a processor as well.
  2. Preheat oven to: 350 F.
  3. Pour crumbs into pie plate and press them evenly around the bottom and up the sides forming a crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on rack before filling.
