Quick and easy. Add 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme or 1/2 teaspoon freshly chopped chives to vary the flavor.

Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Equipment

  • small jar with cover

Directions

  1. Mix mustard and vinegar together in jar. Add olive oil. Shake vigorously. Taste. Add salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.
