New Potatoes Stuffed with Salmon Caviar

Both  these recipes can be made earlier in the day.  Leave the olives and potatoes at room temperature. When you come home,  Fill the center of the potatoes with a little caviar and dot them with  creme fraiche and/or chives if desired.
