Almost any recipe that is not traditionally Kosher has the potential to have a few ingredients substituted. With a little ingenuity, you can enjoy a popular dish within your dietary requirements. In my opinion, there are many recipes that are so inherently dairy that we should just leave them alone. I am not a fan of ersatz substitutions which have labels filled with chemicals I can’t spell or pronounce. Non-dairy cheesecake doesn’t do it for me- but each to their own.
