Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Tea Biscuits crushed into fine crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 6 Tablespoons Non-dairy Margarine Melted
Equipment
- 9 Inch Pie Dish
- Cooling Rack
Directions
- Mix crumbs with sugar and ginger. Pour in melted margarine and stir until mixture starts to come together. This step can be done in a processor as well.
- Preheat oven to: 350 F.
- Pour crumbs into pie plate and press them evenly around the bottom and up the sides forming a crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on rack before filling.
